About Our Law Office

Michael M. Later has practiced business and commercial law for more than 30 years. During his practice, he has gained expertise in a wide variety of areas of business law. 

He provides skilled experience and representation to small and medium sized business at reasonable rates. We gain our clients through referral from our existing clients. Michael has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubble, the highest rating for ability and ethics. He also has received the highest rating for reviews by clients.

Michael is a graduate of Columbia University, where he received his B.A. He then received a Master Degree from Duke University. He then graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Utah Law School, where he was Senior Editor of the Utah Law Review. 

During the course of his practice, Michael has represented:
